how can i upgrade my hotmail account by paying money for better services

1) I know there are hotmail plus before which could provide better service for email account.

Because of previous experience, I found it difficult to reactivate my email account after blocked. Now I would like to upgrade my hotmail account to a better one by paying a certain amount of fee in return for services. I don't want to be blocked or even cancelled for one more time.

Please advise if any products or services that could be provided by Microsoft.

2) Moreover, recently, I send an email to overseas with invalid/no longer used email address which send me back *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email. May I know I will be blocked again more easily as I was blocked before. I am afraid my account was even cancelled.

since using xbox live i have had a problem geting into my hotmail account. when i go to sign in for hotmail and enter my email address and password the error message that comes up is email account does not exsist.

i have spoken at lenth and they can not fix or explain what has happend can anyone help.

Unable to access ‘Parent’ account

For the new Xbox LIVE update where you have to accept the new Terms and Conditions, I was prompted to sign in with the parental account tied to my Xbox account.

However, the parental account was made a very long time ago and is no longer my parent's current email; as a result, they do not remember the password.

I have gone through recovery processes with them, but they cannot remember any old passwords tied to the parent account, and the recovery email for it just goes to an even older, unused email account.

TL;DR, can't recover account, tried passwords and account recovery, both unavailable options.

I was wondering if there is a way that Microsoft could possibly contact my parents to verify their new email, or just remove the parental account altogether (I am 16 and my parents have said that they don't care about me having a parental account, as they have never used it and it has only caused hassle.)

it is very difficult that since yesterday , whenever i try to access my acount , I enter the correct password and still I either have to answer securtiy questions or give alternative email id. sometimes I have urgent emails to reply and this has become a major hinderance . please resolve this issue immediately .

Why are all attachments I now receive zip files? Wasn’t this way Oct 31, 2012

Two days ago all of attachments I receive from any sender show up as a zip file.

I used to receive items as a word doc or jpeg, etc. Its a giant PIA to download a zip file to look at a collection of pics.

This isn't just one sender, it is all senders, and I seriously doubt most of the senders would even know how to "zip"

What has changed with msn.com?

Now when I open an email with attachments, I can briefly see "loading blah, blah, blah," but it quickly disappears and I am

left to download the freakin zip file.

What gives?
