url link and default font at window live mail

Window 7 64 bit OS, WLM is default email client

1. for example at IE and want to send link by emai to another, i can do this by file->send->send by email, then WLM will be called and current link at IE will add to the email. But the link just added as 'text' but not 'url', which user can't just click the link and open it and needed to copy and paste to web browser to open the link.

any config for this to let user to direct click and open the link? the default email format set as HTML already.

2. how to set default font of email? just tried at option->email->compose and seem not all fonts shown (at least can't find common font ike Arial/Times New Roman)

Why when I send e-mail, do they not arrive at the recipiants computers?

For tha last 2 weeks,I have sent lots of e-mails to my friend but they are not receiving them.

They all show up in my sent items list.I am still receving all my e-mail.

After I read a message and click the "X" the whole program closes, what do I do?

I click on a message, it come up, then after I read it, I try to close (just the message) but the "x" at the upper right corner closes the whole program. How do I just close the message?

How do I send an email to a group from within Windows Live Mail 2011?

I have created a group using instructions from on-line. (Start, User, Contacts, new group) I am allowed to create the group and I click OK. From within Windows Live Mail I can not find the group in my contacts list. If I do a search of my computer it finds the lists so it is there. It has an extension of .group. How do I get this new group into my Windows Live Mail and sent email to it?

Windows Mail is not in my All Programs but it is my default

How should I report fraudulent calls made supposedly from Microsoft?

I received a telephone call from a Sandy (supposedly from Microsoft) informing me that my computer was on the verge of becoming inoperable because of several viruses. They claimed they had been alerting me via computer about these viruses but to no avail. If I did not speak with them then they would just call again requesting the same informtion. I have been trying to call Microsoft to provide information given to me from this person but the process is not user friendly.

My windows live has suddenly stopped working and message comes up windows live searching for database, how do i get my live mail to open again?

yes the internet was down for while, thinking it was just me as sometimes may be an glitch in hydro i proceeded to reset everything etc.after short while internet came back on. When using google chrome there was no problems. Then i checked my email on windows live, a sign in box appeared so when i sign a message appeared live mail cannot be started,cannot be opened searching for message database.( a scan automaticly comes on but shuts off) possible problems they suggest is disk is full or memory problems. OR i moved database. Checked other things and found while off google chrome and on internet explorer the internet explorer was not there. not sure what happened so put on a restore and internet explorer is back but the windows live mail problems remain. I HAVE WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER is ok and hotmail is working ok I PREFER THE WINDOWS LIVE but have the hotmail as backup and works ok, any suggestions as to fix this issue?

Windows Livemail dosn’t send out mail no matter if they are attachments or photo mail from Pictures,

Windows Live does not send mail out whether its attachments or photo mail from Pictures,Photo Gallery,forwards,replys or reguler mail.that is how I found out the mail was not being sent by internet.the way I found out was when I was sending photos both ways to the same contact as he complained he did not like getting them by Sky Drive so I send him a couple batches of photos from Photo Gallery using photo mail and attachments to compare which he preferred andthats when he said he did not get them and said he had not gotten mail from me for over a week and I had sent him at least 4 emails within the last week.I then checked my Sent selection and it indicated they were sent.Also I had sent 2 to my self in my other accounts which is AOL and Embarqmail [Mozilla] and they were there.I then sent mail from both of these accounts and they were received by my contacts.So Windows Live is corrupt as I can receive mail but cannot sent out. When creating a message, and I press the initial letter of my contact, no names pop up that bergin with that letter

When creating a message and pressing, for example "A" as the first l;etter of the contact person, up until 4 days ago, every contact I have which begins with that letter would pop up. Now, no names appear. What can I do to restore former response?

Folders and Subfolders are not showing in Windows mail or Windows Live Mail

i have 2 hotmail accounts and use Windows Mail for one and Windows Live Mail for the other. Both accounts have top level folders and subfolders which i have created myself. But when i have setup the Windows and Live Mail programs to sync with hotmail/live email accounts these folders do not appear in the programs. Please help!!!
