how do I bring the zoom down on hotmail.com? It’s on the largest setting.

I would like to know how to fix the zoom on my email page.  It's on the highest level of big and I cannot see the whole page?  Thanks

Also, I cannot use more than one of the settings at a time for writing an email.with font size , then adding color , takes away the size back down to 10.  Help on this too please.  Thanks

My hotmail page has somehow reduced the zoom level to a point that I cannot even see the text.  How do I restore the size?

emails are stuck in outbox, which is not displayed as folder in outlook

Unfortunately I was unwise to send a number of emails with large attachments. It seems my email provider cannot handle these, and the emails are stuck in the outbox, and are retrying to send each time. I do not have an Outbox folder visible, where I could delete these errant emails. Can you please tell me how to delete these, even at os-x level. Thank you and regards, Robert 

Folders and Subfolders are not showing in Windows mail or Windows Live Mail

i have 2 hotmail accounts and use Windows Mail for one and Windows Live Mail for the other.  Both accounts have top level folders and subfolders which i have created myself.  But when i have setup the Windows and Live Mail programs to sync with hotmail/live email accounts these folders do not appear in the programs.  Please help!!!
