How do you get WLM message rules to be based on highlighted message such that the sender is populated for the user in the rules diaglog ("certain people"). I have been looking for the information for hours now.

for incoming mail server, what is the host name? -- Is the user name the same as my user name for outlook.com? -- If not, what is it?

for outgoing mail server, what is the host name?

thank you

i can`t receive my mails

error: Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC18 how can i solve it??

On new Dell Inspiron 17R laptop with Windows 7  and MS Live mail installed, I am importing files from an old PC running Outlook Express 6 on Win XP.
I have successfully copied the old e-mail files (*.dbx) but cannot find how to import  the Address Book (.wab file) into the Contacts file. Information I find on the web and on Microsoft refers to  "Tools" tab or option which seems to  have disappeared in the latest version.

Please  explain.
When I import an old Outlook Express message I cannot find it in my storage folder like the directions say it should be. When I click on the Imported folder, It blinks like there may be something there, but I can't see anything
The Windows Live Mail e-mail client (e-mail program) purports to support blocking of individual e-mail addresses or domains.  But when I try to enter something like *.info as a domain (meaning that I want to block any address from dot-info), the program won't let me do it.  What is the proper procedure, please?

Once an email is cleared virus free.  I click download attachment.  I then receive a message that I need to download ,net framework v 2.0.50727

My operating system is windows xp home edision 2002 service pack 3
