Depuis dix jours ma boite de reception Hotmail est vide.

Merci de m'aider à résoudre ce problème

I tried to send one E-mail message yesterday & it could not be sent. It was a small message with no pictures or attachments. I rebooted a couple of times & selected "Send/Receive" several times. The message would not leave the Outbox. Now I cannot even open my Windows mail because I only get an error message in a box saying that it is Sending 2 messages from me & the status is "executing". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
For example, I use Windows Live Mail and I have a hard time knowing whether my emails and/or storage folders are kept on my hard drive, "on the services", or both. Is there an easy way to determine this?
I recently upgraded from XP to 7.  Contacts are a problem.  All my old contact groups came over but now they don't seem to work properly.  When I click on contacts they show with thw right addresses in them but when I try to use them, some or all of the addresses are not there.

can you please help me
We run Windows 7 on our Dell computer and use Microsoft Windows Live.  I would like to be able to access my Live email from a remote computer, but do not know how.  The computer and the Live was set up for us by another person and we are not aware of any sign-ons or passwords to allow us remote access.  Sorry not very computer literate.
I do not want to permanently delete everything Windows Live Email sees as potential "junk mail," as they are often incorrect in their assumption of what "junk" is. However, once I specify a sender or sender's domain to be in the "blocked sender list," it simply goes to "junk mail." I continue to receive their phishing and crud mails. How can I set Windows Live Email to permanently delete any mail from a specific sender or their domain?

Surely in the year 2012, this should be a possibility. I appreciate any help.

I use windows live mail on my home computer and regularly delete messages.  Then when I sign on to live mail on another computer all the old messages are still there.  Conversely, If I delete a message when signed in from another computer, the message appears when I log on to WLM on my home computer. How can I fix it so deleting in one place also deletes things in the other?
I always cleaned up e-mails befpre mailing them.  All of a sudden corrections go to error.
