my computer won’t start normally, it have to startup in safemode. when i start my pc it will read start window and after that the screen turn blue whit a lot of writing that i barley get to read

when i PC is starting up it will state starting window and then the screen will turn blue with a lot of writing that will vanish fast. pleaseplease help
