I am can receive e mail but not send.

have checked settings and reset port, still no good. Here is the error message Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E Protocol: SMTP Port: 25 Secure(SSL): No Socket Error: 10060

wlm leaves mail in the outbox

Hello----I'm having trouble with wlm sending my emails---is there a way I can "update" wlm without moving to Outlook wlm??  Thanks  emc

Receiving e-mai but can,t send e-mail.

When I go to create a new email I get the following message:

A problem occurred while trying to open this message.

I press ok

I get next message:

A problem has occurred. Please try again

 

Repeats message continuiously.

 

If I go to a past e-mail and try to reply to it I get following message:

An error occurred replying to or forwarding this message.

 

Stuck...can't send e-mails from Live Mail

What is wrong?

Just happened a week or so back.

 

Can I edit the options in the “Home” tab (add “print”; remove others)

In "Windows Live Mail" I want to "remove" items that I do not use (on the "Home" tab), and add items ("Print" icon) to the tab.

using windows live mail, emails from local ISP also show up in hotmail account.

I'm using windows live mail. I have an email account with local provider as primary, plus have hotmail and gmail. I tried the new outlook and didn't like it, so switched back to windows live mail. Now all my local provider emails also show up in my hotmail account. How do I stop this?

I tried to send a rather large message from WLM via my account on yahoo.com and it’s stuck, too large

All my sends are stuck and I don't know where to find that 'too large' mail on WLM to delete it.

 

The WLM error message is below, I was sending an email with 3 attachments about 2MB each. It appears the Yahoo server is rejecting my email because it's too large, I just need to know where to go to kill it in Live Mail, it's not in the 'Sent' folder because it hasn't been sent yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Permanently change font settings in Windows Live Mail

Joy: Do you know how to make permanent font changes in Windows 8?  The options section allows for temporary changes only and it's frustrating to have to make them each time I send an email.
