When I go to create a new email I get the following message:

A problem occurred while trying to open this message.

I press ok

I get next message:

A problem has occurred. Please try again

 

Repeats message continuiously.

 

If I go to a past e-mail and try to reply to it I get following message:

An error occurred replying to or forwarding this message.

 

Stuck...can't send e-mails from Live Mail

What is wrong?

Just happened a week or so back.

 

I have not heard from anyone  that they are receiving erroneous emails from me but I don't know why I am receiving emails (that end up in my junk mail) that say they are from me. I have changed my password a couple of times in the past couple of months. What should I do?

I want to send an email to several Groups of people that I have put together in the 'People' area.  I go into Hotmail, press 'New', press 'To', select 'Categories' and, in the past, the Group names have appeared in the 'Categories' section for me to select.  At present, none on the Group names that I have created in the 'People' area appear in the 'Categories' section of a new email.  How do I put a newly created Group of people into the 'Categories' section which I can then select so that the Group name appears in the 'To' box on a new email that I want to send out?

I have set up catergories in Hotmail in the past, but can't remember how it's done. Can I get some assistance, please?
Running WLM 2011 on Windows 7.
I have the Sign me in automatically box checked and this has worked in the past, but for some reason WLM no longer signs in automatically.
How do I get WLM to sign in automatically?

 I can receive, but not send.  It has worked in the past, but I can't pinpoint any incident that may have caused a problem.  I contacted my ISP (Cox Communications) and we checked my settings.  Everything is correctly set up with regard to my SMTP address, etc.  They told me it was a Windows Live problem.  When I attempt to send, the message sits in my outbox for several minutes and then I receive the following error message: 

 A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.
