my main windows email loads. my other email listingswill not load

says cannot send or receive from server

My laptop crashed a couple weeks ago. I reinstalled window 7 and window essectial, but the window live mail does not work. Can not sent or received any mail. The above errors appeared. Can you help ?. Thanks. Amanda.
