outlook 2011 + Exchange server 2013 with connection problem

we just start to use Exchange . the server located in china.

HK have about 10 users, 5 PC +5 mac.
we are using Mac outlook 2011. all mac setup the a/c already, but all mac always show me ' connecting to server name'. then after few mins it will resume.

But after a while, it will show me 'not connected to server' again..
In this period, they only can use Webmail .

I did test 2 ISP, with different user, but no luck.
But our Win7 user seem working ok.

Export mails to gmail

 I am trying to export my mails from outlook to the gmail account using mail fetcher but there is a problem with server name and port.

When I write pop-mail.outlook.com in the server name it gives an error that:
Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password.


Please contact Microsoft's support team for more information on POP access.

Can you tell me how can I do it

Using Outlook 2007, Win7, msn, IE10.  What server name goes in the "Enter Network Password" box?  After trying some password changes (I forgot the password) and server name changes, the "Enter Network Password " box pops up endlessly.
