Here are the details of the email. I have never had Microsoft ask me for my password and I am suspicious that this is a scam. Please advise.

My subscription to Windows Live Hotmail Plus expired & so did my credit card but profile is blocked. How do I get into my Profile to update my credit card?

Been cursed with a really nagging problem for over two years now even though I subscribe to Ad-free Outlook for over a decade (problem started with Hotmail Plus). I cannot send nor forward emails with more than 4 attachments, which is extremely frustrating.

I have tried different computers and browsers, updated Silverlight and checked for more Windows Update, the problem never gets fixed so I assumed it has to do with my account. Can somebody do something about this? I've seen many people having the same issue on many forums. Last year, the problem was solved for a week after I escalated and came back right away (I also had publicity displayed even though I had a paid account).

I have had Windows Live Hotmail Plus for several years.  After searching online Help and 4 phone calls to customer support, they referred me to you.  How do I determine the current size of my mailbox?  I pay for 20GB, but up to 2GB is free.

Thank you in advance
I have the same problem i have been trying to get help with.  I submitted a service ticket and got this back:

[Original title: Window Live Mail]

I am trying to send several pictures as an email attachment but the file size for each pic is too big. I have been trying to resize the pictures by going into my pictures and clicking on the one i want to send and choosing email at the top which allows me to resize the picture.  Prior to this i changed my default email to windows live hotmail. However when i click on the picture and choose email icon at the top and change the picture size it automatically goes the outlook.com but then it just says there appears to be a problem with outlook at this time !!!!

Previously before i figured out i had to change my default email it was set up as microsoft office outlook 2007 which i don't use but it allowed me to pick several pics and resize then and then they were sent to that account ..... too bad i can't send anything from there since it's outdated.

anyone know how to fix this problem????
