My subscription to Windows Live Hotmail Plus was cancelled because my credit card number had changed.  How can I get this subscription again?

I have received an email, in subject line said: DICTAMEN DE FEMERTURE DE SU CUENTA. They're asking some datas about me and my outlook email account: Name: Employ: Email address: Password: ****: Birthday: Country: Is this true? Is this email send by Windows Live Hotmail? This email is send in spanish and very bad structured (almost my english). Regards.

Emails before 2011 missing on old MSN account

Hey Microsoft

This older MSN account moved to the "Windows Live Hotmail" system back in July 28th, 2011 and recently to the newer outlook.com inbox format. However, looking at my past emails and all throughout my folders: I cannot find any previous, older emails before 7/28/11. I'm trying to find some older emails back when I used this MSN email a decade ago, so I'm hoping that there's a way I can easily retrieve all those old emails again. Being able so will really help me out right now.

I had a subscription to Windows Live Hotmail Plus. The last renewal went into effect on Saturday, October 06, 2012. The renewal notice stated: "The Windows Live Hotmail Plus yearly subscription of $19.95 plus tax includes 10 Gigabytes of total Windows Live Hotmail account space and exemption from the account expiration policy. No third party advertising. Just feature tips and product info from Microsoft. Refund only available if cancelled within one month from purchase. At the end of 1 year, you will have the option to renew your subscription, or the subscription will expire. You will receive a renewal letter 30 days prior to the renewal date."

I'm not sure the extent of changes that have taken place with Hotmail / MSN / Outlook during the past year, but I received a notice today saying that my Ad Free Outlook.com was cancelled effective today! I checked my emails and there was no 30-day notice sent. I have a valid credit card on file. What is going on??

Upgraded to IOS 7 and now can’t get my hotmail (outlook) on my phone (iphone 4)! Help!

I upgraded to IOS 7 and now when I try to setup my hotmail (outlook), it says that a windows live hotmail plus subscripton is required.  I was able to have my hotmail on in my mail on the former operating system.  Can I not get hotmail on ios 7?

I also have a problem with windows live Hotmail e-mail sign-in .... I also get this error message windows live mail-server error 5102-windows error ID 0x8DE00002   What gives? a server problem or what! Please advise to a solution please. ?????????????????????
