Hallo,
I own the domain. For one account (master account) I have several aliases to this email address. Is there a way to enable this so i can specify which address goes out in sent mail?
Thanks

Despite setting my mail to keep a copy of sent messages in the sent folder, some of them are not showing up. Seems that all from my daughter do that and when I delete them......her message will be there with a little triangle in front of her name.....a few others show up that way too and any of them do not show up in the sent folder when I reply......it just started to do this about 2 months ago. I tried to restore my computer to an earlier time but Windows 7 does not go back very far to enable me to do it.....how can I fix it? Exactly what are those triangles in front of some of my messages in the sent and delete folders? Help help, I can't stand this!

A friend has two imap accounts in Outlook 2011 for Mac. Account A also forwards to Account B. The inbox for Account B also holds all of Account A's email, causing me to run out of space.
This is an unnecessary setup, so I removed the imap server address from Account A.After accepting the change a window pops open that says "Deleting..." But then this window hangs.
I force close Outlook, and on restart it hangs.
I found that it is common for Outlook to crash due to too many deletions happening at once.
I fully backed up the Office 2011 Identities folder before attempting any change. I will restore it this afternoon and trust that I can move forward in a different way.
So finally my question... Assuming that the restoring of the backed up directory structure is successful... What is the best way to stop imap service on Account A since it is forwarding to Account B anyway? (And Account B is an Exchange account that is synched.)
I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!
Bill
