To access "people" so I can send emails, is there an easier way other than clicking on "manage contacts and check their social updates directly from your in box"

I want to access my contacts so I can send emails without having to open three windows.  On hotmail on the left side was "contacts" which I clicked and my contacts came up.  The only way I've been able to get to "people" on outlook is by clicking on the right side of the screen "manage contacts and check their social updates directly from your inbox".  Please tell me if there is an easier and more direct way.

Also below it tells me to select a "forum".  I don't know which one I should select so I selected "microsoft account, hotmail, skydive".  Is this right?  Then it wants me to select a product which I selected "hotmail".  Is this correct?

Then it wants me to select a top.  I selected "contacts, people and groups".  Is this correct?  Please not I also have difficulty signing in to be able to ask a question.  I was going to address this "sign in" another time.  If you can answer is today, it would be great.

Proper way to move the proper "Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity" folder back to "Documents"?

My move-back of "Microsoft Office User Data" and identities was unsuccessful.  I see a "Main Identity" folder in "Documents", but with only some MB of data. I still see a "Main Identity" folder in "Applications" with my more real 2 GB of data in it, where it doesn't belong.  Should I, and how safely, now delete or move out the "false" Main Identity folders from documents (there is also a "Main Identity Copy" based on the almost-empty one, and several other "Main Identity" folder versions containing just a little data).  And then, what's the right way to move the real "Main Identity" folder back into documents?    Grateful,   Alex

Skype/messenger merging issues: group chats not working in skype when initiated by a messenger client

I updated skype to version 6 yesterday .  This morning i was invited to a group chat by a colleague using messenger.   I never got the invite but i was listed in the group chat on her box.  Worse, Skype 6 deleted Messenger from my box so there was no way for me to join the chat.  when i tried to join the chat on my phone, the phone client could not see the group chat either.  Is this a bug in the integration or do i need to enable something on my end?

Is is possible to change the contrast or color on outlook 2010 to mimic entourage 2008

I have a friend whom I just upgraded to Outlook 2010 for Mac. She loves the darker contrast of Entourage 2008 though. She is from the older generation and hesitant to upgrade. Is there a way to change the color on 2010 to mimic or at least get closer to the darker contrast of Entourage 2008?

How to retrive deleted folders from Hotmail?

I accidently deleted personal email folder and it seem hotmail autometically cleaned up from deleted folder as well.  Some important emails were in the folder, is there any way to retrive that folder?

Is there a way to sort mail folders other than alphabetically?

I can't seem to drag and drop folders in a specific order, they only sort alphabetically.  Is there a way to arrange them in another order?  Seems like this would be a pretty basic feature.

I have had trouble for two days with trying to read my hotmail e mails and trouble getting into them now I have to find out

how to get my e mails put back to  my Hotmail address.I am a 76 year old lady who is abit shakey and sometimes have a job
