Hi, 


When I try to access my Skydrive I'm getting "Your account has been shut down Your SkyDrive or your Profile has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct. If you would like to request a reinstatement of your account, please contact customer support. If your account is eligible for reinstatement, we will open your account for 48 hours to allow you to remove any violating content. After you have removed all violating content, your account will again be in accordance with the Microsoft Service Agreement and Code of Conduct and will remain accessible for your use. If you do not remove all violating content during the 48 hour window, we will be forced to shut your account down." I have gone through the re-activation request form and have been issued ticket <removed by moderator>...this has been days ago. How do I get my account resolved? Also, I'm unable to get into my profile to manage it. My email and messenger works okay. What are my next steps?

My husband was able to speak to someone at Microsoft, but to no avail. I really just want to get my data back. 
Can someone just unlock my account?

This is the third time I am begging for help. People say they will help and no one responds. I am in dire straights and just need someone to create a private thread that I can work with. My account was locked down due to "suspicious activity" and I spent hours chatting, researching and creating links, verifying codes etc...All I want is my old address accessible somehow. PLEASE someone assist and follow through this time.

i dont know why ...... i rarely open the account ,,,and it has almost nothing in it......


any idea how to retake it back ???????


I tried to open my SkyDrive and I get this message: 

"Your account has been shut down. Your account has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement, such as containing photos or images that are in violation of the Code of Conduct. In many cases, the Online Safety team will send out warnings to the email account associated with the SkyDrive account or profile asking for the removal of the photos in question. Failure to do so will result in shutting down the account. In order to have your account reviewed for reactivation, please provide the following information." 

I have submitted two support requests and received no answer. 

We use Windows Live Messenger in house to communicate with other employees. This morning about 20 of our employees received this message. How do I resolve this issue? Messenger is a critical tool in our company and we need it to be back up for those users as soon as possible.
