Email sent to my Hotmail account bounded back. See below. Please help

Can anyone help me solve a Windos Live Mail Problem of not being able to send any Mail or as an Attachment!

Does anyone know how to Fix Windows Live Mail Everytime I try and send a Massage or as an Attachment is comes back Stating This: For security reasons, this email account has been temporarily deactivated. A picture containing letters and numbers will appear when you close this window. To reactivate your account, enter the characters you see in the picture.

I have received an e-mail from (removed for security reasons) advising that a "DGTFX Trojan virus" has been detected in my windows live folders. They require my user name & password so that my account can be "upgraded to a new 1024-bit RSA key anti-virus firewall". They further advise that my e-mail account will be terminated if I do not respond..Can you please adivse if this is a legitimate e-mail to which I should respond.

My account has been blocked, and the recovery code is being sent to an email address I cannot access

I am sending this message using my friend's account (who is with me, so we have instant access to any response), as I obviously cannot sign in using my own.

 

My account: (Removed email address for security reasons) has been blocked. I think this may be due to me sending a large number of emails to my students this morning.

 

Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email address listed as the one that the recovery code will be sent to, as I have not used it in over two years. So, I have no way of unblocking my account.

 

Please can you assist me with this urgently?

By mistake I changed my email id from (removed email address for security reasons) to (removed email address for security reasons). Now I can not see my stored emails, folders  and contacts in the new account. How can I have my old email id (removed email address for security reasons) and how I can retrieve back my stored emails and contacts?
