Live mail stopped working

Live mail stopped working over a month ago and I now have 21 failures. After 13 messages, I tried changing my password but that didn't solve the problem. I now have 8 additional message failures. All failures are followed with the following message:

"For security reasons, this email account has been temporarily deactivated. A picture containing letters and numbers will appear when you close this window. To reactivate your account, enter the characters you see in the picture." 


This was added to the first failed message:

   Subject: "Screening complaint"

   Server:  smtp prodigy.yahoo.com

  Protocol: SMTP

  Port: 25

  Secure (SSL): No

 Socket Error: 10060


The latest message had this added:

Subject: EEOC website link provided (I am not providing the complete info here)

Server error: 3207

Windows Live Mail Error 0x8DE00006


How do I resolve these issues?

Yesterday my account was blocked because of some security reasons. So now i need to recover my account but i doesnt work. i did not have a sec email or a phone number filled in as it should...
i filled in a form for verification of me is really me. it was accepted. so they should sent me a code to fill in to finish the verifiction. But i only got a reset password link in my alternitve email adress but no code. i think its send to my primary email wich is blocked. So i tried the reset password link but then i need to acces my MS account wich i still blocked because i cant finish verification thing. Now i tried this a few times and now my request is blocked for 24 hours. Can someone help i really need to acces my account today.

cant send emails , sez error ocured bla bla bla this is a Brand new acct

So for the past 5 days Outlook has stated that it needs to text a code to my phone for security reasons and they have my correct cell phone number but have not sent a code yet.  I have one day left and then I wont be able to get into my email...........so what the heck do I do?

Why is it that when I am checking my emails I keep getting a message to re-log in for security reasons, yes I don't mind doing this just the once, but when I have to re-log in every 2-3 mins, this is very irritating, please tell me how to opt out of this feature.

unable to receive security code

The telephone number listed on my account is outdated.  When I try to change it, as well as other pertinent information on the account (i.e. it's time for my annual pymt) I receive instruction that for security reasons they first need to text or call me with a security code.....but of course I don't have that telephone number anymore. When I call Microsoft, I receive a recording that tells me I don't have access to customer service (SIGH).

For about two hours I can no longer send out mail.  I get a message that my account was deactivated.  It also asks me to enter the characters seen in the picture to reactivate.  There are no pictures or characters.  The voice prompt keeps repeating different names and when I enter any of them it tells me invalid.

i changed my , live.com email to live.in , now i want to change it back to live.com . ! please need help !

I wrongly changed my primary email address to "removed for security reasons" to "removed for security reasons" please help me to change it back to "removed for security reasons" it's very urgent !

Hello--
I have a hotmail account for years and today I made a big mistake and  to clicked on "Free Outlook". This changed my hotmail over to Outlook and  I would like my regular hotmail accoutn/email back. The email topics below doesn't exactly describe my situation.  In actuality, the look of my Hotmail changed over to a new Outlook email page.
