In order to access my hotmail I have to refresh several times before the mail will open.

When I first open my hotmail the emails won't open untill I refresh several times. I tried putting on a new Windows Live download but that didn't solve my problem. I also tried going to Internet Explorer 9 and that didn't help ether. The refresh I have to use is the Internet Explorer. The hotmail refresh won't help.

I was successful in copying the .wab file in Outlook Express so I could import into Windows Live address book. However, when I open Windows live and go to the bottom left corner, the address book option does not open or contain any choices for action such as "import".  What is my problem ?

How to disable "out of office" popup diaglog on startup?

Even if I've set a start and end time for an Out Of Office message to be sent, every time I start up Outlook while I'm on vacation, the silly "Out of Office messages are still on.  Do you want to turn them off?" dialog.  If I have Outlook open for some long amount of time (hours, not days), the dialog again pops up.  The problem is, many automated tasks (my spam filter, updating the items badge in the dock, &c.) do not work while the popup dialog is present.

Is there a way to disable this popup dialog "feature"?  I don't want the Out Of Office message off... that's why I set a start and end time!!

Outlook 2011 for Mac – How do I stop Outlook from deleting the emails from the server, after I drag them from Inbox to a Folder on the left side.

Hello,

because I get a lot of emails a day, I need to organise them in Folders ( on my computer ) and this works well. The problem is that when I drag the new emails from the Inbox to a Folder on the left side they dissappear from the server. How can I stop that? I need to have access to emails also from my mobile phone. I tried the same thing whith Thunderbird and works perfectly, so is not a server problem. Any ideeas?

on signing in I get "a password isn’t enough" screen – but it won’t accept my details

When I sign into hotmail account I get the screen "a password isn't enough" and it requests phone number and alternate email address. I type in my phone number, but it says that this phone number is not valid in this country/region. The problem is that it IS valid - people ring me on that number all the time. How do I get around this problem?

.Music problem on Messenger

I use an Microsoft webcam (Vx3000) on MSN Messenger and it does video calls with sound very well.

Previously when I used Xp the person at the other endof the video call  could hear and enjoy my background music and we often exchanged tunes.

The webcam and its internal microphone report that everything is functioning but now although we can converse easily the other person cannot hear my music although I can easily hear songs that she plays?

Is there a setting in the Realtek Audio system that needs changig?

Hey everyone,

My account was compromised and I guess a lot of e-mail were sent from it. The account is currently blocked and I can't get access to it until I verify it with an e-mail to another account. The problem is that the only account listed is an old university e-mail address that I can't access any more. I've tried e-mailing Microsoft and never get a response. Does anyone have a phone number where I can call to resolve this?

I had this problem before and I asked for your help but now it's back again after I thought I'd fixed it.

I've 

- Uninstalled, reinstalled
- Shut down
- Tried 'repairing'.
- Unistalled all of Windows live essentials & reinstalled
- Ticked all the boxes for  permissions. 


Please don't tell me to do this again - It doesn't work! I've been trying a whole week to fix it this way and nothing.

I can NOT delete  the code  and when I send it the code is just what the other person gets. Their text appears as a code as well. 

Does anyone have a phone number where I can talk to someone if you can't help? This is getting ridiculous now. 

Outlook duplication of contacts problem

Dear Everyone.

 

I use only Mac software, apart from Blackberry Desktop software, which gave no problems.  Recently I purchase Microsoft Office 2011, only Excel, Word and Powerpoint, however Outlook was installed but not activated.  Very soon I noticed duplicates in my Address book and subsequently on my Iphone.  This also appeared on my Blackberry when I next synced it.  I want to follow your procedure to clear all duplicates, however since I never activated Outlook (One has to pay extra to Microsoft), I cannot turn off SyncServicesAgent.  (I cannot stop it in the Activity Monitor, it simply starts up again after a few seconds).  I do not ever plan to use Outlook, it caused same problems before and I was forever deleting duplicates, hence me using Mac programmes such as Mail only, with no problems any more.  How do I get rid of Outlook?  I also noticed my Microsoft User Data, especiall 2011 Identities, is over 50gig large!!  Why is it so and can you tell me if I can delete this?  Please help!!  What is wrong with all the Microsoft Engineers out there????
