I am thankful that HOTMAIL still exists. Windows Live Mail doesn't seem to have a capability for reporting Phishing Scams. I don't know what you do with these often stupidly-constructed attempted frauds in HOTMAIL when we label them and they vanish, but it's comforting to know that less cognisant "Dear Beneficiary" or "Congratulations, you've won the Lottery" recipients might be protected from sending their personal details to these evil liars.

If it's a known company, I always try to alert them. My own bank insists on messages pretending to come from it being copied or Forwarded to their security website [and somehow, the scammers cloned one of this bank's actual web security addresses!].

As to Live, am I missing something? All the Web Help is for HOTMAIL.

Every day I mark the same old addresses as Phishing Scam so why can they not be blocked for good?
Can Hotmail stop junk mail that I mark as phishing scam? My junk mail folder accumulates a dozen junk mails each day, it is mostly **** related from f*book. I mark it phishing scan but it continues. I do not want it coming into my junk mail folder in the first place.
I have good anti-virus protection and receive very little junk mail in my Hotmail. However, every day or so I get an e-mail in my Junk box from a source I know is ****. I always mark it as Phishing Scam and then Delete it, but it ends up in my Junk folder anyway. Is there anyway I can block this sender so I don't received any further e-mails from it? If so, please provide step-by-step instructions. Thanks
I am receiving an email that says it is from Windows Live Service and that my account hasn't been updated by customer care account care services.  Is this a phishing scam since it is asking for my full name, user name, password, birth date and country or territory? It is stating this is necessary to avoid blocking of my account and it is a backup. Where can I send this email to in case it is a phishing scam?
