This happened one week ago, after resetting my password, now I can access the account in the iphone and ipad (with the new password) but not in my computer, I have to access several older emails and I cannot get help from Hotmail, please, please, is urgent !

Has anyone else had a request from a Windows Live Hotmail Team (email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) asking for your account name, password, security questions etc. They keep telling me we will loose our hotmail email account if we do not provide this information? Is this a scam??

Greetings,

We have changed ISP's and emails as well. When I open WLM, I get a request to enter my password to my old email account. I would like to keep my emails from my old account for a while to insure I don't lose something of value. If I remove my previous email account do my emails stay on my computer ans can I access them?

I am currently using an alternative hotmail account to the one I am trying to access.
I have many much needed files and personal information stored on my hotmail account but I found I was blocked out of it. Friends and family have said that spam emails had been sent out but I couldn't manage to unblock the email by using the methods given as it always goes to the Recovery Verification page which says I have not given enough information. (I have given all the information I can!)
I have tried again and now it says that my password is incorrect! Does this mean someone has changed it? I really need to get on that account!!!
Please help me :(

I have an old email address, I can't remember the password. I can't reset the password because the old address is not recognised.I need to access emails that have been sent to this account.

I needed to retrieve my user account name for my Walgreens online account. The name that was sent is no way my user name. Help!

I was trying to sign in register my user name to my new account with Walgreens. Couldn't find my name or password so first of all I gave them my e-mail address and requested my user name. The e-mail came addressed to Mary and I am *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the user name would not be a name I would ever use. W@algreens indicated the this was the user name for this e-mail address.

Since being kicked out of Hotmail by a technical glitch and reentering with a new password, followed by being automatically switched to Outlook and then changing back manually to Hotmail, messages in my queues have been "telescoped," with several related emails listed under one title and a number in parentheses next to the entry indicating how many messages are hidden under the first subject-line. This is happening in all folders, including "Drafts," where these multiple messages are chaining to messages in other folders and also refuse to print. Your program is also duplicating attachments unnecessarily, which wastes resources at your end. I'm a freelance writer who submits queries and projects via Hotmail, and I MUST see each individual response as a separate entry in my queue to avoid confusion and missed replies. I could lose sales and input because of this. How can I revert to displaying each message individually, as it was before? REPLY REQUESTED.
