Hi there,
Is there a way to get all the emails that are in a message, folder or any other location in the outlook 2011?
I would like to retrive all the emails that may apear in a past sent or saved message located in any of my subfolders (inbox or other created child folder).
basicaly is there a way to research all the @ that are located in folders containing email and extract the charachter chain from this email?
I need this to build a sent/received email adress data base.
thanks to anyone how understand my question and may have any idea how to do this...

Hi, is it possible to arrange by more than one field at the sent items folders in outlook 2011 for mac? I´d like to arrange by "date" and "To". Now I can only arrange by one, so that I end up always seeing myself as the sender but don´t see "To" whom message was sent.

Database rebuild fails

In Outlook, I'm directed to rebuild the database. That then fails and I can't access my email. Any ideas?

I cannot add my outlook account to my MacBook. When I enter my password it says it is incorrect. I do not have a problem with my password when signing in directly to outlook?

I am attempting to add my outlook email account to my MacBook Inbox Mailboxes. The message I keep getting is that my password is incorrect. I do not have a problem signing in with my password if I go directly to oultlook.com, so the password I am using is correct.

I just want to be able to access my outlook mail box, when using my Mac.

I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook for Mac, and the large files I'm receiving via Outlook emails are taking up too much storage space on my computer. How do I change the settings to tell Outlook to delete all files that are stored on my computer either (a) over a certain size or (b) over a certain number of days old?

I get this error repeatedly throughout the day "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." while running Outlook 2011 for Mac even when my password is correct. Help!

Imported outlook.pst (2007) file into Office for Mac 2011. All appeared to go well. However, other than contact folders, no contacts or other data can be found. Help!
