Is there a way to set up Outlook for Mac, 2011, so that upon deleting one email it opens the NEXT email received, rather than the previous email? Currently it keeps opening only the previously received email. Which doesn't make sense.
My main identity is now 10.7GB.. how do i safely reduce the size or archive contents ??

Is there an option like there was with Office windows to do this ??

I'm using an SSD so space at the moment is crucial..

Any suggestions....
What happens if I continue to use hotmail.com as my email address when to discontinue hotmail? Will I be automatically switched to outlook.com?
Original Title: Outbox
I apparently had an email that was too large that I sent to a client on October 1st. Outlook keeps trying to send it. I was unable to see the file folder for the "outbox" to delete the email until today. After Outlook tries to send the message (with attachments) the computer makes a dinging sound and then the "outbox" shows up briefly and shows me an email that it has been trying to send since 10/1/12. I think I now have it deleted, but can't I see the Outbox all of the time like with other email programs like Entourage? Why is that?
Seems my outlook contacts (operating on a MAC) are very limited -- do not include all of the contacts in my address book.  All of this happened after I loaded a software update.
Autofill has stopped on my address line in outlook for mac.  installed software updates yesterday but not sure the two are connected.  help me repopulate so address options automatically pop up when writing an email.
Quando eu acesso o messenger aparece o Outlook porque?
