Hi, i forgot my pasword and Microsoft tried sending it to my email, but i the email provided for recovery was the same which i couldn't access;
now i'm waiting for the support team who asked some information from me to get back to me to see if they will provide me with my account.
It's been 4 days and i cannot wait anymore. Can someone tell me how can i email them or how i can follow it up??

About two weeks I got a message when trying to log into my other hotmail account saying they think someone is trying to access my account so I had to verify my details. I submitted the information then received an email to my back up account (gmail) 10
days ago (18 August) saying that my Microsoft Account recovery request had been received and that I should get an email between 5-7 days with a link to reset it but to date I have received nothing! Please help, I am job hunting and have given my other hotmail

Outlook for Mac 2011: After installing the Service Pack 2 for Mac 2011 I received the error: please upgrade the office database. I found the solution online about rebuilding the main identify. I followed all of the steps and it took me over an hour. When I open Outlook and choose my main identify it still does not recognize the identity. I don't know who to call or what to do. I don't think I should have pay someone since it is Microsoft's error in rolling out the update. I can not access my email. HELP!

As many have said, Outlook 2011 for Mac runs like a dog after updating to OSX Mountain Lion. After powering up the macbook and launching Outlook, it sets up my identity for fifteen minutes. Then everything runs slow for another half hour or so. It's made Outlook
nearly unusable. No solution I have read/tried works. Apple points at Microsoft. Microsoft points at Apple. That's of no use to the user, guys. We're stuck in the middle with no source of help. Microsoft - you guys really need to address this - even if it
means talking to Apple. Together you need to find a solution and put it out there for us immediately. I want my old hotmail live.com back am not computer savvy nor do I understand the instructions very well...so please keep it simple and give me back my old hotmail....am certain not ready for these changes by any means
Crashes on "Setting up Identity". Of course my warranty just expired and Microsoft wants to charge me $50
I recieved an email in my hotmail telling me that my email files are infected with a virus and I need to respond to the email with new account information such as username and passwords name date...If I dont respond within a certain time my account will
be deleted?????Is this authentic microsoft email or a hacker????
