If he launches Outlook and waits 5-10 minutes, it will crash. On a different MacBook, I created a new identity and setup Outlook to access the same user's mailbox. After waiting some time, the same error began taking place. While it doesn't usually happen that quickly. It does seem to happen within an hour of launching Outlook. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
there used to be a 'send text to phone' button in messenger. Where is it now?
This question has nothing to do with any particular phone or computer. DO NOT tell me to contact the manufacturer. MICROSOFT is the manufacturer of messenger.
I have looked into your issue and it appears that you will have to go through Microsoft account recovery to regain access to your account.
Please understand that we take the security of your account very seriously. You will have to go through a process to prove that you are the rightful owner of the account.
I know that this is very frustrating since there is no other way for a customer to prove his ownership of a particular account but to go through the Microsoft account recovery process. Kindly follow the instructions the previous agents have provided.
Please try to provide as much accurate information as you can about your account every time you answer the questionnaire to make sure you pass. Our system may escalate your issue after a few attempts.
Thank you very much,
Lean_O.
Where is the link to continue the process to the account recovery process.
