Hey team,

The number of emails in my Outlook inbox keeps increasing on my iPhone but when I look into my inbox there are no new emails. The number has now surpassed 2,000!

It's really frustrating as my phone keeps vibrating informing me of new emails.

Has anyone experience something similar? Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers!
There is a layer of type of the inbox link
Why do I have to click on everything twice before it works? Such as inbox, reply, junk. Or if I try to delete something it takes me back to inbox and I have to click delete a second time for it to work. Frustrating. Thank you. Susanne
How do I restore email messages to my inbox from the deleated file?
My inbox has disappeared, except for the first page and a random message from 6 months ago.Where has it gone?
I cannot find my group name in groups. I know it is still there when I put the name in the inbox when I want to send an email. I wanted to start a new group and it is so confusing now.
An executive and his assistant are both running Office 2011 for Mac. She is a delegate for his Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts.

When she deletes something from his inbox, the item is permanently deleted. It does not go into his deleted items folder or her local deleted items.

Is this the expected behavior? If I granted her permissions on his deleted items folder from a Windows machine would it go into his deleted folders?

The assistant wants to keep his inbox tidy, but also wants to make sure she can recover messages in case of an error.

I have a thousand emails that were forwarded to me by the same individual. For example, jane forwarded me 25 emails from jim as attachments in a single email, each attachment/message with a different subject and different date.  When I open each attachment, I see the original message:  from jim, to jane.  I desire to save this (and every other) message in my inbox or local folder as coming from jim, so that it archives correctly by sender, date and subject. Solutions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I signed on today, changed my password and it 'upgraded' me to Outlook, which I promptly reversed cuz I didn't like it...when I went back to hotmail, all my inbox messages were grouped instead of individually listed.  Is there a way to change this?
