I have tried several things to change my email from Arabic to English. It keeps going back to Arabic, it will not save it to English. Every link that microsoft has sent to me has failed. I have called the help center 3 different times and they seem to
not know what they are talking about. Is there anyone out there that really knows what is going on and how to deal with this????

My hotmail/outlook email has font size set at 10 and every time I type an email I have to raise the font size but if I make an error and have to backspace the font immediately changes back to 10. I have tried for over a year to find a way to permanently
set the font size to a more legible size but have not found anything on the net that works. Can Microsoft explain in a simple way how I can address this issue with a PERMANENT change or is Microsoft resigning all users of this email to be young or have reading
glasses on at all times?
When I sign into Hotmail I automatically get signed into Messenger. I don't want to be signed into Messenger. How do I change that??
When I sign into Hotmail, my folders are along the right frame, then there is empty space, and the messages are seen by scrolling way down. None can be opened, the links do not work. I signed in from a windows based computer to opt out of Outlook.com,
and the view on the windows based system is the normal hotmail view. I am using Safari 5.0.6 Mac computer, and all I did was clear the cache, and this has happened. How do I get the normal view with working links back? I tried options, and it says it is forbidden
to change the view settings to "right"...
