My account has changed to outlook with a blue interface rather than orange, when i enter my account i cannot see my emails listed, I can see my folders on the left but the middle where all recent emails should be displayed is all blank but if i scroll
down i can then see them but then cannot click to open my emails also the feature to switch back to hotmail is not available, please help? I did not upgrade my account and if it was going to happen automatically then it should work without any issues? Please
help.
Dear Fellow Hotmail users
I have a problem which hopefully you can help with. My daughter seems to have accidentally corrupted the settings on her hotmail account so that everything on the account is in very large size, this makes it virtually impossible to navigate around the
screen, making the account virtually useless. Is there any way of changing the default font size / or restoring original settings of an account?

I was using the hotmail email account we've had for over 10 years just over 6 hours ago. Now when we try to log in hotmail says that account doesn't exisit. I was just using it earlier today. What's weird is that our auxillary hotmail account is working but since that is not the mail account we have tied to oru business, it is not helping except for accessing the help pages. How can we get our main email account back??? Right now there are some very important emails that are flagged in that account. Can anyone please help us??? We also know that any new emails sent to our main email address, the one Microsoft Hotmail says doesn't exist, don't post. Also when I tried to set up a new email address using our supposedly non exsistant address, hotmail says it's taken. So what gives? Any help to get this back will be appreciated.
I can't access or check my inbox. It show "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now". Please help me to recover it URGENTLY!!
I've pushed every button in sight under options, checked help, and all sorts of other things. Is there a toggle in the lower right half of the keyboard that made it go micro it since that's where the cat's paws were? Thanks!
I don't know how my hotmail account suddenly became a outlook account. It literally happened while I was going through my e-mails. Is there a way to get back to the hotmail version or is this inevitable and I have no choice?

when in an individual email, the reading box is formatted entirely too small. how can i increase the size of the viewing/reading box?
also, if i increase the font, i lose a lot of viewing data. any suggestions?

Yesterday, I received an e-mail to switch from Hotmail to Outlook. I did, but,after trying it I would prefer to switch back to Hotmail. How do I do that?
