I have downloaded all of the updates & my internet is always up so it's not a connection issue.
I am able get e-mail sporadically, but starting to get the error message constantly.
Please advise

Lost all mails in Outlook after a 'database rebuild'. Tried Hail Mary but didn't work. I got the message 'unable to reconstrict database'. Searched internet fora but nothing worked. Is there anybody who encountered the same problem and managed to restore
the mails, attachements and folders? Thanks for your help...

I cannot send any outgoing messages. It was working for months and then nothing, but the following error message:Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods. The same error message as others have posted,
but it's for outgoing emails. I am using a new Mac Book Pro. What is the solution, anyone?

When I send e-mails with windows live mail I get an error message that says----the connection to the server has failed, windows live mail error id 0x800CCC0E and socket error 10013. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. Mark.

When installing Windows Live Essentials 2011 I get, "Installation error 0x80040609". These are some issues that I have encountered:
- Every time I attempt to download Messenger, I receive Error:0x80040609
- I cannot update to the latest version because of the error message.
- I’m unable to install Windows Live Mail, I get Error 0x80040609
- I’m unable to install Windows Live Essentials because of the Error 0x80040609

After installing and later reinstalling Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 on my new MacBook Pro, my Outlook worked fine.
However, yesterday I reinstalled again using the same DVD on the same computer and Outlook now no longer works.
It says: “Could not change to that identity. An unknown error has occurred in Outlook”.
When I press "OK", it then tells me to "Select an identity".
There is only one identity showing, which is "Main identity".
When I press "OK", it goes back to the previous error message, and so on, backwards and forwards between the two messages, and Outlook never opens.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

I was ask to upgrade the installed and running version of Windows Live Essentials 2011.
Even if I'm an administrator, I always get an error message : "0x80070005", Source "WaitForCatalog"
I deinstalled Live Essentials in order to start a clean install but after runnin the install program, I still got the same error message.
Any hint is welcome!
