This has only just started to happen. Although I recently updated to "Explorer 9" About a week or so ago. The date was still evident up until two days ago. The only email I use is a live and I only have the one. Can anyone help?
I only use live email. And have done nothing for this to happen apart from recently updating to the new "Explorer 9"

I was blocked from my account because I was hacked and spam went out. I was immediately blocked! My alternate email address listed is one I have not had access to for years. I can't get my account unblocked. I have tried everything and I just get sent
around in circles always coming back to needing access to that old account. I can see on this forum that MANY people have this same issue. Please help me as you have helped others! I need help ASAP!

I attempted to move an email from my inbox to a subfolder but it failed to move and seems stuck in the inbox. Deleting it from the inbox does not work. Tried to do this whilst in offline mode and still no joy. Appreciate some help here.
