can i get deleted emails back after i have restored my deleted items oir are they gone completely

i need to get some very important emails back from around 3 months ago. i have restored my deleted items but it doesnt go back far enough, is there anything else i can do?

How do I find the place where I can add oir delete a safe list contact??

Where do I find the section where I can choose to add a contact or delete one in the email section.  I have searched and searched and can't find it.
