Outlook cannot tell you if you have a contact already?

With Entouage, it would tell you if you have a contact already. It seems Outlook just goes ahead and makes a new contact even if that email is already in contacts. Is this correct?

when we registered our email address we were married. we have been divorced for 4 yrs. when i want to sign in to msn, his and my name appear next to the email address i want to sign in with. i have changed the name in the display, but there is no way i can change who the email address is registered with. i have contacted msn and they directed me to this forum.....go figure. how do i get the email address that i use in my name only. thanks for your help.

Hi, i forgot my pasword and Microsoft tried sending it to my email, but i the email provided for recovery was the same which i couldn't access;

now i'm waiting for the support team who asked some information from me to get back to me to see if they will provide me with my account.

It's been 4 days and i cannot wait anymore. Can someone tell me how can i email them or how i can follow it up??

My contacts have received strange email from me that I didn't send. I use Norton 360 and have run an additional scan. Can it be a Hotmail only virus?

Would a moderator please be able to PM / email me a list of IP addresses recently used to access my Hotmail account (this one I am posting from) as I've recently been locked out of my own account and would like to try to rule out if it was hacked or not by the IP addresses used to connect to it over the last couple of weeks (or as far back as you'd be able to supply)
