Hi, i forgot my pasword and Microsoft tried sending it to my email, but i the email provided for recovery was the same which i couldn't access;
now i'm waiting for the support team who asked some information from me to get back to me to see if they will provide me with my account.
It's been 4 days and i cannot wait anymore. Can someone tell me how can i email them or how i can follow it up??

Would a moderator please be able to PM / email me a list of IP addresses recently used to access my Hotmail account (this one I am posting from) as I've recently been locked out of my own account and would like to try to rule out if it was hacked or not by the IP addresses used to connect to it over the last couple of weeks (or as far back as you'd be able to supply)
