Can contacts be edited?

A lot more complicated is fixing the Contacts than editing Folders.  Why?

I have to fix up one persons email and guess what: it's nearly impossible.

Messed up contact list editing. Edit does not show up in the tool bar!!!!

I keep getting the wrong responses to my issue. Edit does NOT appear in my tool bar when my contact list is brought up. Someone from MSN should take care of this already !!!!!!!!

Where are the editing features that used to be on the toolbar?  I miss being able to do bold, underline, and copy, cut, or paste.  Help!

First/Last name sequence of Contacts when clicking on "To" to send an email in Hotmail

When I click on the "To" (or CC or BCC) to access my Contacts to send out an email, the names in my Contact List come up with their First name first and Last name last. Is it possible to change that to Last name first? Please note: I am not talking about editing the actual Contacts List which can be done by clicking on the Tools icon while in the Contacts. How do I edit some one's name on my contact's list? Why is the new contact list set up the way it is without any easy access to someone's name? Some things work just fine and don't need a so called upgrade!

 My contact groups were created a while ago and it seems that there has been a format change. There used to be an 'edit' icon to click on but I can't get to that request. The best I can do is display the groups. This gives me the options of deleting a group, adding a group or renaming a group. What's the secret to get to the editing function so that I can add or delete contacts from the group?

How do I get changes to me Hotmail 'contact' list to 'stick'? Deletions come back within 2 seconds and new contacts added disappear straight away. Changes to Groups do not stay either. Thanks

have just tried to delete some of my contacts but they system seems to have changed and I cant find a way to do it.  It just comes up with duplicates addresses for me to deal with.   any suggestions please
