need to delete folder cannot select by right clicking mac laptop with pad (no mouse)
I recently upgraded from XP to 7. Contacts are a problem. All my old contact groups came over but now they don't seem to work properly. When I click on contacts they show with thw right addresses in them but when I try to use them, some or all of the
addresses are not there.

Here are some ways to help you manage your account after you reconfirm your account.
- Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your inbox will be that much smaller.
- Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hotmail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
- Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

I select All, then delete, but still can't delete all messages from Deleted box.....unless I click Empty and then they go. How can I fix this? Thanks.
It appears two groups in my contacts have been deleted. When I asked to restore it, it reports I have not deleted any. When I click on the group it has no names. How do I get them back?
This has happened several times recently. I DO NOT click the link, I have forwarded the "mail" to the address shown. It has not been delivered, postmaster failed. I have been able to shut down then reboot and all seems well, perhaps a bit slow, then next
day the problem recurs. Is this a scam?
Suddenly things are screwed up. I have never had trouble like this. When I click on contacts I get this weird screen with my list on it but I can't get back to my inbox.
I've used Windows Live Mail (Version 2011 Build 15.4.3555.0308) successfully for several years, but yesterday I started getting a pop-up box "Sign In To Windows Live Mail" every time I open the WLM program. If I click "cancel" in the pop-up, everything
seems fine--I am signed in to Windows Live and receive and send emails and so does my wife in her subaccount. I've had automatic login enabled from the beginning and it seems to still be working. But if I enter my password in the pop-up, the password is
rejected with this message: "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again"--maybe because I'm already logged in? I've reset the password several times, no improvement. How can I stop this redundant pop-up from popping up?
As I move my mouse over the buttons at the top of any screen (mail, calendar, etc) it takes on average 1/2 second for the software to actually update the button state, so, for example if I'm simply moving towards the send/receive button and pass over a
few other buttons on the way it can take a long while to actually register the click as all button states seem to have to be drawn before the next one is implemented.
If I wiggle my mouse over a few buttons, back and forth, it just adds them all up and can take 20 or 30 second before the software becomes active again.
It has been like this for over a year now, from Mac Os Leopard up to ML now. And also through a good few version of Outlook.
I've been using Mail and Calendar, but I really like having mail and cal in one place.
Anyone have this problem too, any solutions?
B.
