Still waiting for reply back from account recovery

My girlfriends account was deactivated a while ago by an ex who hacked into her account and deleted it. She needs access to this account so that she can reset her Facebook password. He hacked into this and changed everything so therefore she has no access to the pictures of her daughters that she kept on there. We have followed the process on Friday 19th July and received an email giving us our issue number (94183709) and saying you'll be in touch within 24hours, it is now Thursday 25th July and still no response. Can anyone please help her? Thanks

final update on account recovery

Hi, I have received an automated response to my account recovery attempt titled 'Final update on your la..........@hotmail.com account recovery request'. I have not been able to access my account since the removal of linked accounts. I have done my best to fill out the account recovery questionnaire to completeness, however I am unsure of a few of the specific details, which I don't recall updating for the past 10 years. I have at least 10 different accounts associated with this email address please help me recover it. I can do my best to provide any additional information that is required to pass verification.

Yours Sincerely,
Jack Williams

Hacked account

Hi there, I have a hotmail account, used solely as the email account for a facebook account. Sadly it has been hacked, I have tried now for 3 hours to get it back and so far no luck. I was directed to post here. So the hacker has changed the password and the security question, so I went through the account recovery step and it asked me a serious of questions. Along the lines of, who have you sent emails to, subject of emails sent, xbox live account billing and my security question. Needing me to get a series of them right or an automated system would even send off my account recovery request.

Sadly it  has been a looooong time since I last logged into this account, but i dont think it would of matter anyway. I use it to store emails, not to send them. So going back along the line, I have never sent any emails, my xbox details I believe are associated with another account, (I have tried entering these the automated system turns me down.) And as mentioned earlier, my security question has been changed to one that I would have never of picked because I have never known the answer.

After calling Microsoft and trying to explain this to them (I dont think the people I spoke to understand the problem) as they repeatedly told me to do the account recovery but i explained the question dont allow me to do so. How am i meant to recover the account through sent emails when i have never sent them. I was told to come here. So whats my next step, I need to get this account back so i can move some stuff of then i would clear it and delete.

My hotmail account was hacked and I can’t recover it.

My hotmail account was hacked, I am not sure exactly of when.

I tried to go through the account recovery several times and spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to recover it with no luck.  Now, it is quite some time later and I really need some of the email documents that were saved in that account.

I am told that after a certain number of days the accounts are deleted. I have two questions:
1.) How can I figure out when the last time was that I logged in so that I can be sure?
2.) Is there any hope of getting my email account back and a possibility that the account is hosted somewhere on the system?

Any help would be a real life saver here.

Thank you.

Hello,

My hotmail account has been blocked and I've tried the account recovery process several times without success.  The security details are over 10 years old!  This is a very important email account for me so please could I be contacted via Private Message to exchange information that will enable the account to be re-opened?

Recovery attempts issue numbers:

Your issue number is:  93753982

Your issue number is:  94101001

This is really urgent so if a moderator could respond quickly, that would be great.

Thank you,

I tried to log into my account and was told to re-type my password and a series of characters to verify I'm "not a robot" because someone had been trying to access my account unsuccessfully.  I couldn't get the password and the series of characters to work (after multiple tries) so I clicked on "Can't access your account?" and was asked to reset my password, then verify my secondary email address and phone number.  After I did that, it took me to my inbox which was completely empty - none of my emails were there nor were any of my folders I had created.  I then proceeded to receive two new emails that someone who had just opened an account would receive.  I have had this account for 10+ years!  I need to recover my emails - I have some sensitive information in there that I desperately need access to.  Please help!!!!

Recovering my old Hotmail account

Greetings!

I need help to recover an old Hotmail account!
Unfortunately, and to my surprise, I can't remember the password, nor my security answer.
I only set up the account to go along with an account on Blizzard gaming, which I am trying to get back on to, and they informed me that this forgotten email address of mine is actually the one that they have on record.

I can provide all the information about the account, but not enough in order to fill in the account recovery form.
This is because, to my best knowledge, I didn't use the account to write emails, nor did I make folders, and there are no Xbox membership or credit card detail associated with the account.

What should I do? What options do I have?
I need access to this email in order to recover my Blizzard account, but I'm at a loss as what steps to take.

Also, I am given the option to be contacted my text or call to recover the password, but the last two digits of the phone number (as they are shown) are not familiar to me.
It's frightening how much someone can forget by not using an account for so long.

Please, help me!

Account blocked @live.com

Email signin is blocked. Have tried password reset, account recovery and read through forum entries. Have completed questionnaire multiple times in past few days, but no validation from Microsoft. Looking for ideas that will work. @live.com is primary email account for past few years, until now it has been the best. There has to be a work around somewhere, suggestions are appreciated.

Unable to access ‘Parent’ account

03. November 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: account recovery, conditions, microsoft, Parent, parent account, recovery processes, result, way
For the new Xbox LIVE update where you have to accept the new Terms and Conditions, I was prompted to sign in with the parental account tied to my Xbox account.
However, the parental account was made a very long time ago and is no longer my parent's current email; as a result, they do not remember the password.
I have gone through recovery processes with them, but they cannot remember any old passwords tied to the parent account, and the recovery email for it just goes to an even older, unused email account.

TL;DR, can't recover account, tried passwords and account recovery, both unavailable options.

I was wondering if there is a way that Microsoft could possibly contact my parents to verify their new email, or just remove the parental account altogether (I am 16 and my parents have said that they don't care about me having a parental account, as they have never used it and it has only caused hassle.)

My account is (removed by Moderator), and the unaccessable parental account is (removed by Moderator)
Any help is very appreciated.
