The folder command works fine in calendar, contacts, tasks & notes
I am unable to create folders in mail as the command is grey and inactive
I just ran the latest security patch for Outlook and now all account information for Outlook is gone. I have no messages, nothing in folders. Rebuilding my identity did nothing for me. Any ideas? Of course I am between backups...... Thanks in advance for

I type 3 or 4 characters, then get the spinning wheel
I used the Export in the Outlook into an external USB disk but it failed. The .olm files could not be Exported. Several times it went into Rebuild of Microsoft Database Utility which also did not fix the problems. It was so easy to Export the Outlook database
in PC but very difficult to Import into Outlook for Mac and now impossible to Export from Outlook for Mac. I do regret getting the Outlook for Mac.
I think Microsoft Outlook for Mac should not be sold to the public until it is fixed completely.
As soon as I started with OUtlook 2011, calander events started popping up from a web group. But I never authorized them. Their forum says there is a setting in OUtlook to disallow. I can't find it. Also, what happened to the bcc in mail?

Since updating to version 14.2.3, Outlook 2011 hands after opening an email or two, sometimes I can open 3. Then I get the spinning ball which does not go away (I've left it for over half an hour) and I have to force quit. This never happened before
the 14.2.3 update. I have tried rebuilding the database several times - no help.
Tried to run Office 2011 for Mac 14.2.3 update.
Can't run it because it says the apps Microsoft Database Daemon and SyncServicesAgent are still open.
How do I close them?
Can I see the email address of someone on an email just by pointing at it? I used to be able to see the email address of a name in the past...
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
