I have tried to syncro my Blackberry Strom with my Mac outlook 2011 and the syncro... did work, instead it erased all my Blackberry contacts. Can you help me?
I've read in a lot of places that gmail doesn't work here but I wanted to give it a try anyway. Unfortunately, when I click "add an e-mail account" it doesnt come up with a dialog box allowing me to put in the information. It allows me to create exchange
accounts... but not e-mail accounts.
Outlook with service packs
I cannot open my Outlook version for Mac. I keep getting the following messages:
1) Upgrade Office database
2) Rebuild database utility
3) Identity is older than this version of outlook.
4)It will not allow be to rebuild it reads "done" Help is really needed.
5) I just purchased the new license for my desktop MAC. I synced my laptop MAC to the new desktop MAC than realize that I could not open my Word,PPT, Excel. Never used Outlook on my laptop.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

My Sent Items folder does not show sent emails. (All other folders work fine, including Deleted Items--I see contents in them all.) While in Sent Items, if I type into "Search This Folder" the email address of the person I just sent a message to, all of
the sent messages to that person appear. What is going on--why can I not see all Sent Items right away? This is very inconvenient. I am not networked--I just have a single Mac Pro machine. I have updated Office a couple of times now and the problem persists. I've scoured the web and this site and cannot find the answer. Does anyone
know how to make all Sent Items appear?
Used to have this in Entouage, any clues?
When using Outlook 2011 for Mac, the computer slows down randomly. We can start typing and for no reason the beachball will appear for an extended period of time.
We've archived all email older than 3 weeks, cleaned up caches, ran updates and rebuilt the mailbox but the issue persists.
It appears that the Microsoft AU Daemon is the culprit, but I have no idea how to fix it.
Any ideas?
Using Office 2011 for Mac (and Exchange thru my company), I have opened another users folder -- specifically their calendar. Their calendar has now become part of mine, and I want it gone, but I can't find any way to get rid of their information on my
MacBook. There must be a simple answer. Thanks.
