either a way to sort all the "duplication" so I can erase them all at once without browsing one by one or a FREE add-on that I can download for Mac would be great. Everything I found so far is for Windows based Oultook.

just changed across to mac - in my pc I could send from different email IDs because I have them set up to go to one inbox but need to be able to send from the organisation I work for each time. Any ideas how to make this happen? It wont allow me to have same in box with different senders

How do I create a rule where Outlook automatically replies to an email with an attachment if a specific subject line is used? Please note I want the auto reply to contain an attachment NOT for the rule to be triggered if receiving an email with an attachment.

I have a Macbook (new in 2012). My Outlook continues to freeze for long periods of time, making it unusable. I use it for a Microsoft Exchange account for work. I have co-workers with the same computer, that do not have the same issue. Also, there
is a syncing issue, if an email is deleted from my Mac, it does not delete on the Exchange/PC/Phone.

I cannot sync my outlook contacts with my address book (Outlook 2011 and Mountain Lion 10.8). Is it because I once sync my address book with icloud ? When will this be fixed ? The address ook is needed for ipad and mobile phone syncing... thank you JM
I use my id *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for all my business related mails and I never use it for bulk mails.. I use outlook for MAC using POP& SMTP.. aNd all mails dropping in Junk and Spam hurting my work.. Kindly assist me how to stop going mails in Junk or Spam folders...

Recently updated to Office2011 from 2008. Installed all the 2011 updates. Everything went fine with OS 10.6.8. I reorganized my tasks with the slightly different tools. Then I updated to 10.8.2 and when I opened Outlook, mail was fine but all tasks
disappeared! The data records appear to be in tact in the Identify folder. I rebuilt the database but still no luck.
Finally, since I had only recently updated to 2011 (and imported my data from 2008), I decided to try importing the tasks again from 2008. I did this, and it appeared to be working, but after the import - no tasks are appearing!
Am i doing something wrong here - maybe the tasks are there - but just not showing up? I'm looking at the TASKS folder (all categories) and it says 0 items. My smart folders are all there, but of course they don't show anything either, since there is nothing in the main screen.
I really hope I don't have to reconstruct all my tasks again.....I also use the history of completed tasks periodically for reference.

I set up a rule in Outlook 2011 to send Sent Items over 180 days old to the Sent Items folder On My Computer. But the rule does not appear in the dropdown list of rules when I want to apply it.
I created the rule in the Outgoing section, since my Exchange Server is not managed by Exchange 2012 SP 1 or later.
How do I run the rule on my existing Sent Items?

I have an IMAP account and use the Outlook Office for Mac 2011 as the email application. Whenever I open it, it receives all the mails very quickly. However, once its open sometimes it synchronizes and sometimes not. Also when I press on ''synchronize''
or on ''send and receive mail'' nothing happens. Can anyone help?? Thank you
