Its fixed in itunes to use icloud to sync for some reason. which worked but then stopped working.
Outlook is working with the ical but not syncing with the iphone or updating appointments.
How can I get itunes to sync with ical?
I gather icloud is not even compatible with outlook atm. How can I change this setting?
Any help much appreciated as driving me mad and costing me time!

I want to be able to open a folder and copy and paste all the file names that are in that folder at one time without having to open each file and copying the name and then pasting it into Outlook.

we successfully imported user images into active directory, and Outlook 2011 properly displays them. However, if we upload a new picture of a User, Outlook 2011 does not recognize the change and keeps displaying the old picture.
Does anybody have a solution for this behaviour?

I called Microsoft for support. They wanted to see my screen and I had to accept the applet "LogMeInRescue." Now it will never leave my machine. Every time I start up my computer it's there, and every day I have to quit it. It starts with this message
(below is from two days):

I asked the person on the phone (Microsoft Support) how to get rid of it, but his only idea was to check Startup Items, but it's not there. How can I get this thing off my computer?
(I categorized this under Outlook only because it was due to an Outlook problem that I had to call in; there is no choice for LogMeInRescue.)

Older versions of Outlook Express & Entourage had options to stop incoming emails from selected accounts. I only want my office emails to show up on my laptop when I'm traveling. Can't seem to find this feature anywhere in Outlook 2011.

I need an easy way to remove zillions of duplicate emails that for some reason ended up in my inbox.
either a way to sort all the "duplication" so I can erase them all at once without browsing one by one or a FREE add-on that I can download for Mac would be great. Everything I found so far is for Windows based Oultook.
