Hi,

I've just upgraded my iMac to Mavericks v: 10.9.3 and iTunes v: 11.2.0 / 11.2.1 in the last few days (May 2014) .... and was hoping that these new updates would restore the option to sync my iPhone to my contacts in Outlook 2011 via USB.

Although my iPhone now successfully syncs with my Apple 'Address Book' & iTunes via USB  .... the 'sync services' in Outlook preferences remains empty as in the following image.

I would be mighty grateful for any solutions to this problem ....  and wonder if this problem has been experienced by anyone else.

My version of MS Outlook 2011 for Mac is 14.4.1

Cheers

Simon

I have been syncing my outlook contacts via iTunes. With this latest update, there is no longer an option to sync with Outlook.  Has anyone figured out a way to do this since sync services is not working?

My sister much to my dismay got an iPhone . I am not happy about this because I am her support for all her devises.

I do not like the iTunes download and steer clear of apple products. I am a die hard Microsoft and Android user. Eventually I will make the leap to

Windows phone , but I think they have a little ways to go before I make that commitment.

Anyways my question is .

Can I sync her contacts that are on her IPhone without downloading iTunes on her computer.???

I would like to take all her music and contacts and sync them to windows media , and google (Gmail).

According to Apple the process of syncing all her information includes downloading icloud, iTunes .

I don't want to do this . I just upgraded her laptop to Windows 8.1..

I did this before she got iPhone.

Thanks

Steve

One more question : I tried downloading iTunes on my sisters laptop running 8.1 and after I selected download iTunes box I was not asked if I wanted to

run   save   or   cancel  .  That box that comes up on my laptop when I select download iTunes did not come up on her laptop.

What would cause this to not happen . We both have IE 11 . My laptop shows it hers doesn't . It just says thanks for downloading iTunes and nothing

happens . I look for iTunes in her files and programs and it is not there. It is not downloading.

I set up an email address for my daughter specifically for her itunes account.  We had to reset our computer to factory settings and it is no longer saved in iTunes.  Is there any way that i can recover the email address with the one that was listed as a back up for password assistance? Help! I hate to lose all the music purchased for her with that email.
Hi,

I have a situation with a co-worker where her Calendar is not synchronizing with her iPhone at all, we do not use sync services for anyone neither iTunes to synchronize and she is the only one in the company with that problem. To go further, her Calendar does not sync with anything; she receives invites but, she never gets them and when she does is either off time or the next day and so on. Please advise.

Thx.

Ramon
I did not upgraded to Mavericks just to avoid this, but immediately after the automatic upgrading of iTunes to 11.1.3 my outlook is no longer syncing with Mac Calendar and address Book (and as a consequence does not longer sync with my phone)

I have tried everything, including downgrading the iTunes (which did not seem feasible after thousands of trials)
Could anyone help me? this is really frustrating -

iTunes receipts are an example, but an easily reproduced one - this also happens with other emails with tables in them. Basically, printing the email on Outlook Mac 2011 gives cut off output when printing on A4. It may also do the same on Letter paper which is even narrower. The only way to get around this is to select to print Landscape, turning an iTunes receipt into a 2-page document.

I often get receipts for stuff on emails and this is a frequent problem - I have to print them to submit the eligible ones for expenses (e.g. when I renew the TomTom Traffic Sub). Why does it print so badly? This was never an issue with Outlook 2010 for Windows and it's just a case of printing a table correctly but it seems to be a real issue.

By the way, printing also seems to ignore me if I say to print at a %age of the original size so I can't say to print the email at 85% or similar so that it would fit - it is still truncated at the same place. If I reduce the size of a text email then it works fine.

The printer is a Canon MP610 by the way but this also happens if I generate a PDF so I don't think it's a driver issue.

Any advice appreciated on this - I am getting to the point of copying / pasting the emails into Word to print them (which works fine)...
I just installed iTunes 11 after my son removed it from my old computer and now it won't let access my itunes. It tells me the file iTunes Library.itl
can not be  read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes.please help me and tell me how to fix this problem. i need to deauthorize an
old computer.
For my iPhone 5 I was able to sync my Microsoft Outlook Notes with iTunes 10, but with iTunes 11 I don't see how to do this.

I am running Mac OS 10.8

Has anyone figured out how to do this?  I sure would love a solution.

Warm Regards,

Matt
I am considering upgrading to Itunes 11, but before doing so I want assurance that I can still use iTunes 11 to sync my calendar, address book and notes from Outlook 2011 for Mac to my iPhone 5.  Can this be done without any problems, etc.

Currently I am using iTunes 10.7 and all is syncing fine.
