I am a law student and my school uses the Outlook Web App for our email services. I am unable to scroll upward using two fingers on the trackpad of my macbook air in my inbox list of messages. I am using Google Chrome. This is not only a nuisance, but a semi-serious problem, as if I reach the bottom I can not scroll to show the scrollbar and drag it upward which is my only makeshift solution, and must refresh. How can I resolve this?

Thank you for all answers!
I get some emails where I cannot open the attachments. Their names and icons show, but are greyed out and thus cannot be selected. I cannot forward the email either. Is there a way to solve this?

I have the Lync already installed but I´m incapable of seeing the button to create the online meeting in the Outlook

I have found many post to solve  this question but for the Windows version not for Mac.

I have a four yr old Sony all in one running Vista and Office 2007.  I have a new iMac with Office for Mac 2011.  What is the best way to migrate from the Sony to the iMac? It's my first mac.

I'm concerned about Outlook- it is enterprise, but there are multiple subsets of folders on my local C drive.

Same question for Word.  How to get all the sub folders to migrate from My Documents, Library?

Thank you for your help.

I have downloaded Office 2011 as a trial and outlook to import my lost entourage emails when I upgraded to Lion. The import started and I have some emails, but not my recent history. Outlook now quits and says there is an error when I try to restart the import.

Outlook 14.3.0
Exchange 2007 email account.

Outlook is filtering some emails into the Junk email folder.

Junk email protection is set to low. Have also tried to turning it off.
Telling Outlook to mark as not junk does not apply to future emails from the same sender.

I read that Outlook 2011 does not have junk email filtering for Exchange accounts (WTF!), however this was not happening prior to updating to 14.3.0.
HELP!!  I just spent 30 minutes on hold with MS Technical support to get a person that had never heard of the Winmail.dat issue.  Can someone please help me? My calendar invites used to work up until 2 weeks ago. Now when someone sends me an invite it it a winmail.dat attachment that I cannot open. Pls don't send me the link with the expalianation from Barry Wainright. I have 2011 and he only goes as far as 2010. I am a very basic user. I don't know how to find nor clear cache mail in this software. At this point, I'm wishing I had a PC back. At least I'd get something done.
I triggered an Empty Cache task in Outlook. (File; Folder; Permissions; General).  Now Outlook is caught in a continuing loop download 20 attachments.  Once it has completed downloading the 20 attachments, it starts all over again.
How do I stop Outlook downloading attachments, or better still, how do I identify which emails it is trying to downlaod attachments for so that I can delete them?
Thanks

When i ask Outlook to send/receive, this message appears and no e-mail is added to my inbox.  "Authentication failed because Outlook doen't support any of the available authentication methods.

I'm quite certain the difficulty is in the settings.  Can anyone help?
