I wanted to use outlook.com for email services for my domain and the process has been completely confusing despite having read 6-7 articles about it.
I added the domain to outlook.com (I'll call it mydomain.com).
I created a new microsoft account in my domain, like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I got to the page where it said my email address has not been verified. It showed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the primary alias.
There was no way I could find to verify my primary alias email address.
I created a new primary alias using @outlook.com. This one I could use.
I noticed it said it said I'd no longer be able to use the old primary alias. What? So the msft account I created as the admin account is dead?
I originally attempted to use my custom domain with Outlook.com however decided it would not work correctly. So I backed out and deleted my Outlook.com admin account and domain setup. When I did this it stated the email name(s) would remain active without
any email services. I then went on to create a separate email account with just the regular *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with no problem. Now when I attempt to use my email name as an alias under my new Outlook.com account it states "This email address is already taken. Please
try another".
I have also tried to log into the account on both the Outlook admin and the regular account logon with the username and it states the email address doesn't exist. How do I solve this issue?

We are using outlook.com as a email services for our domains. But we don't see any option to share comman contact list between all the users of the same domain.
It there any way to do that.

I am a law student and my school uses the Outlook Web App for our email services. I am unable to scroll upward using two fingers on the trackpad of my macbook air in my inbox list of messages. I am using Google Chrome. This is not only a nuisance, but
a semi-serious problem, as if I reach the bottom I can not scroll to show the scrollbar and drag it upward which is my only makeshift solution, and must refresh. How can I resolve this?
