I want to use the Outlook Online Meeting feature. My system has the per-requisits to make this happen.
Outlook for Mac version 14.4.8 (130913)
Lync for Mac version 14.0.6 (140930)
When I try to create the meeting I get the following error message.
Online Meeting
To create the online meeting, sign in to Lync and try again.
The thing is, I am signed into Lync at the time.
I turned on logging in Outlook but no error is report other than the dialog message.
Looking into Lync logs I find the following message, which looks interesting.
2013/10/28 07:42:21.283 OCOM - ScheduleConference: failed to schedule a conference before callback, hr = 0x80ee0082
Has anyone seen this before or knows a solution to make Online Meeting work?
I have Lync and Outlook installed on my Mac and I am unable to use the Create online meeting function - all I get is a grey box saying 'please wait'. The only way to get rid of this is to Force Quit Outlook.
The Schedule a Lync Meeting function works perfectly on my Windows machine using the same Exchange and Lync accounts.

I have Office for mac 2011 and Lync for mac 2011 installed to my new mac air book. How to set the lync credential in outlook pls. I am not able to schedule online meeting from outlook at the moment.
I can shedule instant meet now meetings from Lync though and the lync seems to be working as in my PC otherwise. Also I can not access the settings from the online meeting menu. My Lync is 14.0.5.

I have the Lync already installed but I´m incapable of seeing the button to create the online meeting in the Outlook
I have found many post to solve this question but for the Windows version not for Mac.
I think I have to make available this button through the option activate COM complement in one of the Outlook menus, But I don't know where this options is (in which menu)
Could you help me?
