I'm using Outlook 2011, recipient uses Outlook 2007 on WinXp. Font size in Mails is rather small - my signature is not affected.
Any idea what causes this. My mails are html with Calibri size 14.
We have an option to set up an IMAP inbox for receiving voice messages with our email client, but with Outlook 2011, there's a constant barrage of errors because the following folders do not exist.

//Deleted Items/
//Sent Items/
//Drafts/
There is only an Inbox folder on the server as it should be. How can I get Outlook 2011 to stop showing constant errors when it tries to check the status of the folders above? In the IMAP folders under tools, there is no option to unsubscribe these "default"
folders. Other email clients (Outlook 2010, 2013) do not exhibit this problem. Is there a way to configure Outlook 2011 so that it only checks the Inbox?
I am really, really frustrated. I have a MacBook Air and a Mac Mini. Both are running OS X 10.8.4, Office 2011 10.3.6.
On the MBA I have several exchange accounts set up, plus my personal Gmail, plus a campus email (which is, unfortunately, a friggen' Gmail IMAP account). The campus email "AVC" shows up just fine on my MBA in the list of inboxes on the left with all the emails, etc that should be there.
EXACT same settings used on the Mini in Outlook and A) AVC has a yellow lightball (no connection); and B) the mailbox does not show on the left in the list of inboxes.
I have searched high and low and simply cannot figure out what's wrong.
What I have done:

- Made sure both computers are updated on all counts (OS, software, etc.)
- Restarted the "trouble" machine
- Deleted the trouble account and recreated it (with the working account sitting in front of me and went line-by-line to make sure it was right).
- Restarted the trouble mac again.
I got nuthin'.

In Outlook for Mac 2011, when I receive a an attached photo on an email from friends, it is too large to view and forms a direct part of the email page, yet on the same email on my Mini-Ipad and I-phone,the photo is normal size and Ok. if there are multiple
photos or video and photo, it is OK. Please, any ideas on how to fix.

I started seeing some off behavior. If I accept a meeting invite on Office for Mac 2011, my Office 365/Exchange calendar gets properly updated. I sync my iphone or ipad and I get requested to accept or decline the meeting invite on the device as well.
However, if I accept the invite on my device, Office for Mac 2011 gets updated properly and I do not have to accept the invite a 2nd time.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

hi, we have two macs, one in each office that one user has access to depending which office they are in
Office 1 mac you can see anyone's shared calendar, on mac 2 when I open a shared calendar (file, open shared folder) enter the persons calendar name, it finds it in the directory, I click ok
then nothing happens after that, there is no entry under shared calendars, nothing, no errors, nothing at all
it is the same office 365 account on each mac, same users, same machine, sames permissions etc
what could be wrong with Mac 2 causing this?
I use the Arrange by date received sorting method the majority of the time, but I have a view issue which only pops up on my Inbox and on none of my other folders.
When the message pane is at it's smallest, as I prefer it to be, the "Newest on top" column header is gone and it creates a horizontal scrollbar, which if I scroll right I can see it, or if I resize the message pane, to half the screen size, then the "Newest on top" appears.
On all my other folders, the "Newest on top" option is there all the time, irrespective of message pane size.
How can I fix this, as it's driving me insane?

I would like to have my email signature be included on any calendar event invites I send out. How do I configure that?
When I open the "My Day" window for today the contents are correct but the date displayed at the top is 8 months earlier.
