I need to access my deceased Husband's emails. As I belive members of his family have been trying to access his account they have blocked the account, even though i have the password. Please can you advise how i can go about this ?

I recently recevied an e-mail from the Windows Live Team, Re: Windows Live Alert asking for Personal Details. This when into my Junk in box. Can anyone tell me if this is ok as I've been getting a lot of unwanted mail recently. Thanks

Your account seems to have been blocked for spam-like activity. We investigated your account and did not find any spam activity so we’ve unblocked your account.
To prevent this from happening again please follow the instructions given in the post I have hit a limit on a Microsoft Online service. What do I do?.

Im having trouble signing into my origianl Hotmail account due to the fact someone has appearently hacked it or something. When i sign in it tells me Sorry someone else is using this account and redirects me to a page to recieve a code but i dont have
a Bellsouth account so i clicked Dont have any of these options it redirects me to another page requesting Name of Email trying to get into then asks for Aa different email to send information to so i type those in. Now when i recieve an answer after submiting

password he or she could get the new one???
