I worry that if I was to lose my windows live account for what ever reason I would lose all of my contacts.

I have tried to regain access to my old email address since thursday last week. Microsoft said I have to prove who I am. I have been passed around to every number they have I even paid $89.00 to someone at microsoft last thursday night to phone number 1888-930-4867 MIcrosoft support He clean out the virus (he said) and would try to transfer contact from old email to new email. . I have filled out questionaire at micosoft support gave recent email, favorite teacher, and I am still blocked
I can forward a passport picture, drivers lic, and birth certificate to verfiy my ID just give me a fax number. I am 70 yrs old and this is the worst customer service
i have ever encountered I WANT TO REGAIN ACCESS TO MY OLD EMAIL ADDRESS ....TWO YRS AGO SOMEONE HACKED MY EMAIL AND I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY A DIME NOR DID IT TAKE A WEEK TO RESTORE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL How come bad people can get in and I cant?
