Hotmail is not displaying normally. Yesterday it was fine but today the folders are listed down the left side in blue while the rest of the screen is blank. What has happened? And, if you respond by email, I may not be able to access it.
I have received an email which says I need to verify my account, but seems suspicious to me . Should I click on the link? How can I check if its genuine? It says my account will be suspended if I don't do this, but when I checked the status of my account
it says it is OK.

I cannot locate a button on the people page that takes me back to my inbox. Everytime I try to go back I automatically get shut down and I have to go to log in again.. please advise?

As I've been to regain access to my hotmail account, despite trying all recovery tecniques, I'm ready to pay. Searching in internet, I have found a few companies that offer that type of service. Any advice is welcome.

After Log-In, my Inbox page comes up all jumbled and distorted to viewing.
nao consigo entrar normal, mensagens etc...
why do I have to put my email address in every time to sign in to my emails instead of just putting in my password even when I check the keep me signed in tab
