I was working on draft response to an email and had numerous revisions at different times , but I was able to access it

each time in my draft file. On one occasion a series of letters appeared at the top of the first line which I deleted but the draft

text was left intact. Not sure it was the next time, don't believe it was, but when I went to revise my email response again from the draft

file it was not there except in an old draft form which appeared in the new format, namely, with the original email from the sender to me

listed one above the other.

I believe it was in the Outlook format which I had converted from back to Hotmail several weeks ago as I found Outlook terrible. Even the

old draft was not accessible to edit as when I moused the continue the draft icon an entirely blank page appeared. I want to get the version

of the last draft and work with it but if had no choice would try to edit the old draft referenced above.

Your help would be greatly appreciated as I had spent considerate time on the draft..I did look for the last draft in the deleted file

but it was not there even when using the recovery icon. In my sent file there was a copy of the old draft mentioned above

My Inbox has changed.  It used to be that each message that came in was shown separately in the inbox.  Now emails on the same subject are all kept together under one entry.  I have missed several incoming emails because of this.  They don't show up in the inbox if another email has come in on the same topic.  When I try to delete one email in the series, they are ALL deleted.  I want them separate the way they used to be.

Changes to hotmail as of today, 9/6/12 have posed problems:   1) Took 4 attempts for inbox to load.    2) Message in different format -- when I click on message, it doesn't pull-up, I have to read it at bottom of page.  3) Since message is at bottom of page, I have to go back to top of page to either delete it, and click on next message -- before today, was able to delete from toolbar after I read message, and next message in series would automatically appear.

Essentially, the new format for reading messages, is much slower, requiring more steps to read and delete messages.  And, is takiing several attempts to load inbox.

In Outlook 2011 , when trying to change the time in a recurring meeting series, the edit series option gets greyed out and I'm unable to change the time.I'm opening the series and not a single occurance.
