Since my hotmail account was upgraded to Outlook, I have been unable to include any attachments with my e-mail. I use Firefox browser, and I never had any problems of this nature with hotmail before the upgrade.
Can I convert back to regular hotmail?
When I go to contacts all I get is a page to delete groups. I do not find a way to work with my groups or manage them. I feel like a new update has taken away this or that I do not have all that I need on my computer. I am stumped. What should I do?
I can recieve and send (if I remember each email address and type it in) but can not pull up contacts and can not "reply" without typing in the address in full. Thanks
how can i increase the size of the display on received emails. the text is sometimes to small to read easily and when i print them using my canon mp460
the resulting print out is almost impossible to read. i do not suspect the printer because printing documents created in microsoft word does not present a problem and i can adjust the font size up or down as required.

I have contacts that have the same name but are different persons and now I find out that they merged and cant delete them to clear the problem, others have the same first name and have merged, what can I do?
