There is no way to double check who is in the group(s)... no way to add to group(s)... whatever this supposed new system is, it does not work! Is there a human anywhere at Microsoft to help with these problems?

Ever since the contacts have changed to people I have been unable to access mine. The status warning said there is no problems so what should I do and where are my contacts? I have only been able to send email to the one address I can remember so hotmail
