favorites

For whatever reason I lost all of the “Favorites” on my email account. My alternate accounts are still intact. Any way to recover?

When I signed on to my email account this morning, all of the favorites were gone. The only unusual event that I can think of

is that when I went to shut the computer off last night, I receive the message regarding a "windows critical update". I tried

called because I have an MSN Premium acct., but no one there seemed to be able to help, I have had very good service in

the past, but this appears to be too much of a challenge. It's hard to believe that it is not somewhere on the hard drive.

how do I add a new contact to favorites, can't find the little gold star anywhere.

Do my Favorites/lists migrate to Skype?

Hoe do you remove a contact from "Favorites" without deleting the contact altogether?

I have this toolbar on some windows, but not on my Hotmail window.
